Please make sure to wear your Goofy Faces top or our logo patch on a dark shirt with khakis and hand out only Goofy Faces business cards for this event.
If you have been hired to draw traditional caricatures, make sure to supply bags or envelopes for each caricature and use card stock paper for your event. Arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled start time.
If you have been hired to draw caricature coasters, make sure to supply small bags or envelopes for each 4X4 inch coaster. Arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled start time.
If you have been hired to paint faces, make sure to bring your own face paints, high chair, mirror, sample sign or booklet and any other necessary supplies for your event. Arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled start time.
If you were hired to draw eSketches™(digital caricatures), make sure to bring a large screen display, color printer with card stock or photo paper and a drawing tablet for your event. You must also send us a copy of all your final sketches so we can provide them to the client after your event. Arrive 60 minutes ahead of your scheduled start time to make sure your equipment works and is ready to go.
If you were hired to draw virtual caricatures, make sure you have the proper log-in information for your event. You will need a drawing tablet as well as a separate device to allow you to both speak with online guests as well as share your drawing screen so they can see your drawings live. Log into your event at least 10 minutes prior to your start time to get both devices set up correctly. Download our Goofy Faces virtual background. Also make sure to wear your Goofy Faces shirt or logo patch. You should have also received a link to a Dropbox folder where you will save each finished caricature.
Download and print up our Overtime slip for your event in case the client requests overtime.
