About the Artist
Court began working as a professional live caricaturist in 1996, in theme parks and retail locations across the U.S. He currently works solely as a freelance artist, drawing caricatures, both traditionally and digitally at events as well as accepting private commissions, and commercial illustrations for publication. He also was a teacher for many years at the Watts Atelier of the Arts in San Diego, California in caricature, illustration and anatomy. In 2005, Court was named the Caricature Artist of the Year at the annual convention of the National Caricaturists Network. And in 2011, he was named Master Caricaturist of the Year at the annual convention of the International Society of Caricature Artists.
