About the Artist
Lilly has been face painting and balloon twisting for eighteen years, but has been working with children for longer. She has been a teacher’s aide in Spanish and English classes, a behavioral therapist for kiddos with autism and behavioral disabilities, and spent a number of years as a volunteer for kiddos in the foster care system. She says her favorite thing about face painting is that moment when a child looks in the mirror and their little face lights up with a beaming smile, in fact she has a slogan; “Sit in this chair a little while, I promise I can make you smile.”.
