About the Artist
Mark got started drawing caricatures by drawing full pencil portraits at an annual Sunflower Festival in Wolf Lake, IN. He realized he could have more fun and earn more money if he simplified the portrait process and streamlined his technique. He has progressed from using soft pencils, to Sharpie markers, and now to whichever black art markers suits his fancy. He is keeping busy with area events in the Michiana area drawing for parties and commercial events and also attending local festivals.
