About the Artist
Ed has reached the phony sounding, yet all too real, 35 years drawing quick sketch caricatures. Much of that time not drawing live he's built up a career as a commercial illustrator, drawing and painting for numerous publishers and agencies, including, among others, Mad magazine, Saturday Night Live and the Rube Goldberg children's books and middle reader series (AbramsKids). Has won numerous awards won for both live caricatures and commercial art, as well as a participation trophy for a spelling bee in the third grade.
